VENUE
The conference's opening ceremony will be held at  The Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICEC) on 09 June 2011.

The other sessions  will be held at Harbiye Military Museum which is located very close to the Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICEC) and is in downtown Istanbul and is within walking distance to many local attractions and shopping centers. Old part of the city, where Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and many other historic sites are within 20 min. taxi drive. A leisurely walk to the shore of Bosphorus takes about 15 min. Istanbul is easily and directly accessible from many airports in USA, Europe and Asia.
